If this is your first time booking with us, WELCOME! 💕 Please take a moment to review our booking policies in full. These guidelines are designed to ensure a smooth booking process and provide you with the best possible salon experience.

For updates regarding the acceptance of new clients, be sure to turn on post notifications for our Facebook and/or Instagram pages so you never miss an announcement.

As many of you know, our Luxury Loc Dealers team is growing! With this exciting expansion, please note that LaQuinta may not always be personally available for every appointment. Rest assured, we have a talented and highly trained team ready to care for you and provide the same Luxury Loc Dealers experience you know and love.

If you have any major concerns or special requests, please don’t hesitate to reach out directly. Your trust means everything to us, and our goal is always to ensure you feel confident, cared for, and satisfied with your service.

  • Be sure to book the correct service(s). 
  • Shampoo services are available, please make sure to include it as a add on if you are needing it. If you do not want to include it as add on please make sure your hair is freshly shampooed and blown dry prior to arriving.
  • Be sure to double check the time and date. Please communicate at-least 30 minutes prior to scheduled appointment of tardiness. $25 Late fees are accessed after 15minutes of scheduled appointment. $35 Late fees are accessed after 25minutes of scheduled appointment. 30minutes of tardiness will result in a canceled appointment with a minimum of $50 fee due at future appointment(amount may increase depending on the service that was missed). 20minutes after non communicated tardiness will be considered a no call no show, which will result in no future appointments.
  • Understand that all service times are estimated times.
  •  For special events, private events, emergency scheduling, and traveling events, if available, contact me directly for further information.
  •  Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE
