SMS Terms and Conditions

1. Program Description

By opting in to the Luxury Loc Dealers SMS program, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Luxury Loc Dealers related to your client relationship with us. Messages include monthly reminders to complete our booking preferences form, scheduling and appointment-related notifications, and responses to inquiries you send us by text.

2. Message Frequency

You will receive approximately 1 message per month, plus any messages sent in direct response to your inquiries. Message frequency may vary.

3. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Luxury Loc Dealers does not charge for this service, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data charges apply to every message sent and received. Contact your wireless provider for details about your plan.

4. How to Opt In

You may opt in by selecting YES on the VIP retie preference form.

5. How to Opt Out

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages. To rejoin, sign up again as described in Section 4.

7. Supported Carriers

This program is available on major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, and their affiliates and MVNOs. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Carrier participation may change without notice.

8. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder of, or authorized user for, the mobile number you enroll. Service is available only to U.S. mobile numbers. Messages may not be deliverable to all devices or in all areas.

9. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Information collected through this program is used solely to operate the SMS program and support your client relationship with us.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Mobile information may be shared with subcontractors who provide services in support of this program, such as our messaging platform provider, and those parties are prohibited from using it for any other purpose.

10. Changes to These Terms
